I I I I I I I 14' I I I I I I I Ie - 9 MINUTES CITY OF ARDEN lULLS, MINNESOTA REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING MARCH 27, 1995 7:00 P.M. - NEW BRIGHTON CITY HALL CALL TO ORDEWROLL CALL Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, Mayor Dennis Probst called to order the regular City Council meeting at 7:04 p.m. Present: Mayor Dennis Probst; Councilmembers Beverly Aplikowski, Dale Hicks, Paul Malone and Susan Keim. Also present were: City Clerk/Administrator, Brian Fritsinger; City Accountant, Terry Post; Parks and Recreation Director, Cindy S. Walsh; City Attorney, Jerry Filla; and Recording Secretary, Ruth McLaurin. ADOPT AGENDA MOTION: Aplikowski moved and Keim seconded a motion to adopt the agenda for the March 27, 1995 City Council meeting as presented. The motion carried Imanimously (5-0). APPROVAL OF COUNCIL MINUTES March 13, 1995 City Administrator Fritsinger presented the Council with a revised copy of the minutes, noting simple typographical changes. MOTION: Keim moved and Hicks seconded a motion to approve the revised minutes of the March 13, 1995 regular City Council meeting as presented. The motion carried unanimously (5-0). March 16, 1995 MOTION: Hicks moved and Aplikowski seconded a motion to approve the minutes of the March 16, 1995 City Council Worksession meeting as presented. The motion canied unanimously (5-0). CONSENT CALENDAR Councilmember Hicks requested item 4a,. Mileage Reimbursement Rate Increase, of the Consent Calendar be removed. He requested staff to survey surrounding cities and review and identify the impact this increase would have on the 1995 Budget
