Approve Claims and PayroU MOTION: Malone moved and Hicks seconded a motion to approve the Consent Calendar as amended, and authorize execution of all necessary documents contained therein. The motion carried unanimously (5-0). PUBLIC COMMENTS Mayor Probst invited the audience to address Council with any matters of concern during this portion of the meeting. Mr. Craig Wilson of1677 County Road F, wished to update the Council regarding improvement to County Road F and residents' concerns. He indicated a meeting with Consulting Engineer Stonehouse and local residents is forthcoming and any information gained at this meeting will be passed on to the City Staff. Ms. SaUy Jones of 1691 Crystal Avenue, presented the Council with a copy of the public notice regarding the improvements to County Road F, highlighting areas of concern. UNFINISHED AND NEW BUSINESS STOWE AVENUE TURNBACK - RESOLUTION #95-24 City Administrator noted the next item on the agenda was a Resolution trnnsferringjurisdiction over Stowe Avenue to the City of Arden Hills. MOTION: Hicks moved and Keirn seconded a motion to adopt Resolution #95-24 transferring jurisdiction over Stowe Avenue to the City of Arden Hills. The motion carried nn"nimously (5-0). 1995 WATER METER MINIMUM CHARGES City Accountant Post indicated this completes the action taken last fall, revised rates for larger sized waters meters were inadvertently not included on Resolution #94-52. MOTION: Hicks moved and Malone seconded a motion to adopt Resolution #95-23 authorizing a complete listing of 1995 water utility rates. The motion carried .m"nimously (5-0).
