Claims and PayrolL <br /> <br />MOTION: Hicks moved and Malone seconded a motion to approve the Consent Calendar as <br />presented, and authorize execution of all necessary documents contained therein. <br />The motion carried unanimously (5-0). <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS <br /> <br />Mayor Probst at this time invited the audience to address the Council with any concerns not already <br />on the agenda. No one stepped forward at this time. <br /> <br />UNFINISHED AND NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br />Proclamation of Thanks to C.E. SheehylMr. Shacker <br /> <br />Mayor Probst read a proclamation recognizing Mr. C.E. Sheehy and Mr. James Shacker for the <br />donation of their wetland area on Ridgewood Road to the City. <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Malone moved and Aplikowski seconded a motion to approve the proclamation of <br />thanh to Mr. Sheehy and Mr. James Shacker, recognizing their donation. The <br />motion carried unanimously (5-0). <br /> <br />Adopt Resolution #95-27 Recogroizlng Arden Hills V oluntecr Committees <br /> <br />Mayor Probst indicated with April 23-29 designated as National Volunteer Week, staff has <br />prepared an appropriate resolution recognizing the Volunteers of its Committees and Commission <br />for their dedication to the City of Arden Hills. <br /> <br />Mayor Probst read the list of members of all the volunteer Committees and Commissions. <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Keirn moved and Aplikowski seconded a motion to adopt Resolution #95-27, <br />Recognizing Arden Hills Volunteer Committees. The motion carried unanimously <br />(5-0). <br /> <br />P1annine- Case #95-11. Control Data - Minor Subdivision <br /> <br />Mr. Fritsinger briefly reviewed the request of Control Data proposing to divide a 6.28 acre tract <br />(parcel B) from the main Control Data site now containing 41.57 acres. The remaining 35.29 acre <br />portion of the site (parcel A) contains the north part of the Control Data building as well as the <br />Dynamark building. <br />
