The motion carried (3-1, Councilmember Keirn opposed). City Attomey Filla directed residents to file their appeals within 30 days in District Court. Adopt Resolution 95-34. Adopting Final Assessment Roll- Eight (8) Years. MOTION: Malone moved and Aplikowski seconded a motion to adopt Resolution 95-34, Adopting Final Assessment Roll, Eight (8) Years. The motion carried (3-1, Councilmember Keirn opposed). Adopt Resolution 95-37. Adopting Final Assessment Roll- Five (5.) Years. MOTION: Malone moved and Aplikowski seconded a motion to adopt Resolution 95-37, Adopting Final Assessment Roll, Five (5) Years. The motion carried (3-1, Councilmember Keirn opposed).
