Mr. Filla noted those <br />appeals denoting hardship can contact the City for appropriate forms. Mr. Fritsinger indicated those <br />property owners would be contacted. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> <br />May 30, 1995 <br /> <br />Councilmember Malone requested change to page four, paragraph two,"...100% neighborhood <br />" ead" 1000/ . . " <br />support... , to r :... 70 petition... <br /> <br />Councilmember Malone noted a change to page eight, paragraph seven, the first dollar amount of <br />$379,000 should be $377.000. and change $450,000 to $400.000. He also noted in the second <br />sentence add after "... $450,000, that has been noted in recent memorandums, it..." <br /> <br />Councilmember Aplikowski inquired as to page nine, the last paragraph, did Mr. Hicks want <br />information regarding the irrigation of the fields; by consensus it was suggested to reword the <br />sentence to read: "...regarding the mechanics of construction of ball fields in other communities." <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Keim moved and Aplikowski seconded a motion to approve the minutes of the May <br />30, 1995 regular City Council meeting as amended. The motion carried unanimously <br />(4-0). <br /> <br />CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br />A. ClaimslPayroU <br /> <br />MOTION: Malone moved and Aplikowski seconded amotion to approve the Consent Calendar <br />as presented, and authorize execution of all necessary documents contained therein. <br />The motion carried unanimously (4-0). <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS <br /> <br />Mr. Craig Wilson, 1677 County Road F West, in reference to the reconstruction of County Road <br />F, expressed concern regarding notification from the utility companies. There was a power surge <br />causing expenses to his business, because oflost computer information. He noted the reconstruction <br />is already costing him money that the City will not reimburse and the City is requesting assessments <br />also. <br /> <br />Mr. Wilson also expressed concern regarding the gas company's confusion as to where the center <br />line is located. He believed this was very disturbing to have companies digging and destroying <br />
