ClaimslPayroll <br /> <br />MOTION: Hicks moved and Keim seconded a motion to approve the Consent Calendar as <br />presented, and authorize execution of all necessary documents contained therein. <br />The motion carried unanimously (5-0). <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS <br /> <br />Mayor Probst at this time extended an invitation for anyone from the audience who wished to <br />address the Council regarding any item not already on the agenda There were no public comments <br />at this time. <br /> <br />UNFINISHED AND NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br />Resolution 95-62. Health Care Revenue Bonds. <br /> <br />City Admini><trator Fritsinger briefly reviewed the consideration of the issuance of a Housing and <br />Health Care Revenue Bond. Mr. Fritsinger indicated the issuance of these bonds is on behalf of <br />Johanna Shores, an affiliate of Presbyterian Homes. <br /> <br />Mr. Fritsinger noted this would still be subject to the review and approval of the City Attorney. <br /> <br />MOTION: Hicks moved and Keim seconded a motion to adopt Resolution Number 95-62, <br />providing for the issuance and sale of Housing and Health Care Facilities Revenue <br />Bonds, to provide funds for a project on behalf of Johanna Shores, Inc., (an affiliate <br />of Presbyterian Homes). This approval is subject to the review and approval of all <br />bond and loan documents by the City Attorney. The motion carried unanimously (5- <br />0). <br /> <br />Resolution 95-61. Preliminary 1996 Budget <br /> <br />City Administrator Fritsinger reviewed the proposed 1996 budget. He noted at this stage in the <br />budget process, a preliminary levy after HACA payable in 1996 of$I,794,320 is being proposed. <br />This preliminary levy represents a 2.94% or $51,170 increase over the comparable payable 1995 <br />adopted levy. <br /> <br />, <br />
