He noted the City sold their shares at a very beneficial time. <br /> <br />Councilmember Malone suggested the Truth in Taxation Hearings be held on November 30th. Mr. <br />Fritsinger indicated staff would set a tentative schedule and check dates. <br /> <br />Councilmember Hicks requested staff to review an issue from several years ago regarding a stop sign <br />requested by Valentine Lake residents, to see if there may be similar issues to County Road F. <br /> <br />Mayor Probst indicated he had several fimctions he would not be able to attend and forwarded them <br />to the Council. <br /> <br />Mayor Probst noted the St. Paul Water Utility water price step increase of three cents or 3% which <br />will translate to an effective cost increase of purchased water for 1996 of2.4%. <br /> <br />Mayor Probst requested an invitation to participate in the National Organization of Disabilities be <br />passed on to Human Resources for their review and recommendation. <br /> <br />Mayor Probst directed the City Administrator to send a letter to the Ryder Transportation Services, <br />reminding them they indicated they would be a good neighbor and address the issue of speeding on <br />County Road F. He noted a show offorce at Mounds View High School would perhaps help with <br />the speeding problem. <br /> <br />Counci1member Aplikowski requested the Councilmembers traverse County Road F and give their <br />opinion of the work done. <br /> <br />Mayor Probst requested a Councilmember to attend an Arden View Kiwanis Club meeting on <br />September 26th, as he would not be able to attend. <br />
