City Administrator Fritsinger indicated this contract for Law Enforcement Services is between the City of Arden Hills and Ramsey County. The contract is very similar to the previous I contracts, but with four significant changes: . 1. Section ill, I-Term: The term of the agreement has been changed from three years to five years. .- 2. Section ill, 2 -Notice: The terminating notice has been changed from 180 days to 12 months written notice. .
