Public Works Director / City Engineer <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Old Highway 10 Trail Improvements – Professional Services Agreement <br />Amendment No. 1 <br /> <br /> Budgeted Amount: Actual Amount: Funding Source: <br /> $600,000 $240,043 PIR Fund <br /> <br />Council Should Consider <br /> <br />Motions to approve, table, or deny the following: <br /> <br />• Professional Services Agreement Amendment No. 1 with SRF Consulting in the <br />amount of $13,600 to complete grant applications and management for the Federal <br />Solicitation Safe Routes to School and the State Safe Routes to School programs <br />related to the Old Highway 10 Trail Project. <br />Background/Discussion <br /> <br />On June 12, 2023 City Council approved the Professional Services Agreement (PSA) with SRF <br />in the amount not-to-exceed of $226,443 to complete “Shovel-Ready” Design of the Old <br />Highway 10 Trail Project. On November 27, 2023 City Council approved SRF to move forward <br />with grant applications. Attachment A is PSA Amendment No. 1 for SRF to submit applications <br />to the Federal Regional Solicitation Safe Routes to School Grant Program and the State Safe <br />Routes to School Grant Program. <br /> <br />Budget Impact <br /> <br />The Old Highway 10 Trail Improvements project is programmed in the proposed 2024-2028 <br />CIP, project funding would be derived from the City’s PIR fund. <br /> <br />Attachments <br /> <br />Attachment A: SRF PSA Amendment No. 1
