MOTION: Probst moved, seconded by Aplikowski, to continue both the public hearing regarding assessments and the public hearing regarding the final assessment roll and cost allocation in the matter of the 1993 Arden Place Drainage Improvement Project until 7:30 p.m., January 31, 1994. Motion carried unanimously (5-0). APPROVAL OF COUNCIL MJ:NU'l'ES Hicks moved, seconded by Malone, to approve the minutes of the December 27, 1993 Regular Council Meeting, and the January 3, 1994 special council Meeting as prepared. Motion carried unanimously (5-0). CONSENT CALENDAR MOTION: Hicks moved, seconded by Malone, to approve the Consent Calendar as revised and authorize execution of all necessary documents contained therein. Motion carried unanimously (5-0). a. Approve Resolution #94-09 authorizing execution of proxy in favor of certain amendments to the declaration of trust of the Minnesota Municipal Money Market fund. b. Approve List of Claims. c. Approve Committee/Commission members and liaisons as amended. PUBLIC COMMENTS There were no public comments. UNFINISEED AND NEW BUSINESS 621 FOUNDATION GAMBLING PREMISES PERMIT APPLICATION Ms. Person commented that the 621 Foundation is requesting approval of their Bingo Hall license application at Pot O'Gold Bingo Hall. This organization will replace st. Paul Turners Inc. Councilmember Probst asked for clarification that approval of such requests are on a first come, first serve basis. Ms. Person stated this is correct.
