He
is requesting to be taken off of the Economic Development
Committee. He would like to be appointed to serve on the
Finance Committee. Council concurred.

Councilmember Aplikowski suggested that staff send a
letter of appreciation to the various members who have
recently resigned from Committees.

Councilmember Probst commented that the Committee minute
format developed by staff will make it easier on the
Committees to take minutes, and it is appreciated.

Councilmember Probst noted that the committees he is
involved with are energized and looking at a number of
issues to address in the coming year.

Councilmember Probst noted that the Finance Committee's
idea of assigning a member from their Committee to attend
a meeting from another Committee is a great idea and
would suggest that the other Committees adopt that
process.

ADJOURN:

MOTION:

Hicks moved, seconded by
the meeting at 8:58 p.m.
unanimously (5-0).

Aplikowski, to adjourn
Motion carried

Thomas R.
