Motion carried unanimously (5- <br />0) . <br /> <br />Hicks moved, seconded by Probst to approve <br />Resolution #94-25, ordering the improvement in the <br />matter of the 1994 Pavement Maintenance Improvement <br />project. Motion carried unanimously (5-0). <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> <br />Administrator Person noted on Page 4 of the February 28, <br />1994 Council minutes that the first paragraph, line four <br />should note acreage instead of density. Malone noted on <br />the same page, under heading of TCAAP Sanitary sewer <br />connection issue, fourth paragraph, to delete the <br />following: "and if the... " in sentence two, all of <br />sentences three, four and "answers to these questions", <br />under sentence five. <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Malone moved, seconded by Hicks, to approve the <br />minutes of the February 17, 1994 Worksession as <br />prepared; and approve the minutes of the February <br />28, 1994 Regular Council Meeting as corrected. <br />Motion carried unanimously (5-0). <br /> <br />CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Hicks moved, seconded by Malone, to approve the <br />Consent Calendar and authorize execution of all <br />necessary documents contained therein. Motion <br />carried unanimously (5-0). <br />a. Approve Resolution #94-19, revising the <br />mechanical fee schedule. <br />b. Approve Resolution #94-23, designating <br />additional depositories for investment <br />purposes. <br />c. Approve Resolution #94-27, revising water <br />utility quarterly minimum rates by meter <br />size. <br />d. Approve Resolution #94-28, supporting Dare <br />Bike-a-thon, April 30, 1994. <br />
