Approve List of Claims/Payroll. <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS <br /> <br />There were no public comments. <br /> <br />UNFINISHED AND NF.W RTJSINESS <br /> <br />None noted. <br /> <br />ADMINISTRATOR COMMENTS: <br /> <br />None noted. <br /> <br />COUNCIL COMMENTS: <br /> <br />Councilmember Aplikowski noted that the Economic <br />Development Committee is in the process of mailing the <br />survey and letter to the businesses in the area. She <br />asked where the funds would be allocated to pay the <br />expense of this mailing. Person noted that she and the <br />Community Planning Coordinator had recognized that monies <br />can be taken from the planning and zoning budget. Malone <br />noted that Council would need to approve such funds for <br />reallocation. <br /> <br />councilmember Aplikowski referred to the notice in the <br />packet regarding a request for a City official to attend <br />the Girl Scout award's ceremony, and stated she would <br />attend if the Council concurred. Council concurred. <br /> <br />Councilmember Probst reminded the Council of the Second <br />Arden Hills' Community meeting at TCAAP on March 17, 1994 <br />at 7:30 pm.
