Council concurred to hold a review at 7:00 p.m., prior to <br /> the Regular Council Meeting on November 28, 1994. <br /> I Mr. Post informed the council of various storm water management appeals. <br /> COUNCIL COMMENTS <br /> I Councilmember Aplikowski inquired as to who the City Clerk Administrator reports to. <br /> I Councilmember Malone indicated they would report or be responsible to the City <br /> Council. <br /> I Councilmember Aplikowsl<i indicated a closer review of the position on a continuing <br /> basis would perhaps help both the council and the new incoming Administrator. Council <br /> concurred. <br /> .. Mayor Probst indicated a concern regarding Arden Hills resident Steve Zilmer's mailbox <br /> I after the Dunlap Street reconstruction project and referred it to staff. Superintendent <br /> Winkel indicated he would again speak with Mr. Zilmer. <br /> I Mayor Probst indicated receiving a confidential memo from the Administrator and <br /> requested a closed session prior to the December 12, 1994 meeting. <br /> I Mayor Probst also recommended scheduling a wor1<SeSSion for December 5, 1994 at 5:00 <br /> p.m. to further discuss Everest and TCAAP.
