<br /> CALL TO ORDER Pursuant to due csll snd notice thereof, Mayor Woodburn
<br /> - called the meeting to order at 7:30 p,m.
<br /> ROLL CALL The roll being called the following members were present:
<br /> Mayor Robert Woodburn, Councilmembers Nancy Hansen, Gary
<br /> Peck, Thomas Sa char and JoAnn Growe. Alao preaent: Planner John Rergly, Treasurer

<br /> APPROVE MINUTES Peck moved, seconded by Sather, that Council approve the
<br /> Minutes of the November 28, 1988, Regular Council Meeting

<br /> FALL FESTIVAL REPORT Park Director Buckley introducsd Amy Brundel, Chair of
<br /> the 1988 Arden Hills/Shoreview Fall Festival Committee.
<br /> On behalf of the Fall Festivsl Committee Amy preeented Kayar Woodburn with a
<br /> check in the amount of $798.00 and advieed the donation wae to be used for park
<br /> proj.ct. in the City,
<br /> Councilmembers thanked Amy and the Committee for their .fforts to make the
<br /> . Festival a euccess and for the generous donation to the City park fund.

<br /> CASE '87-26; FINAL Council was referred to the Planner's report of 12/7/88,
<br /> PLAT, EDGEWATER ESTS. relative to the Final Plat, Edgewater Estates 2nd
<br /> MARDON HOMES Addition, Kardon Homes.
<br /> Bergly advised the final plat as submitted has minor changes from the preliminary
<br /> plat filed with the City which r.lat. to the eas.ments on the prop.rty; he noted
<br /> this project has been ongoing since 1985 snd the PUD for the Townhouse portion of
<br /> the projects was approved on a preliminary basis in 1987,

<br /> family lots located on Wedgewood Circl. and the open space area identified as Lot

<br /> Bergly e~plained the City Code requires that the Final Plat be filed within 90
<br /> days after filing of the preliminary plat, however, due to the extended
<br /> negotiations for an eaaement exchsnge between the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service,
<br /> . ths Village Attorney and the d.veloper'. attorn.y, the Final Plat filing was
<br /> delayed.

<br /> Sather moved. seconded by Peck. that Council approve Ca..
<br /> '87-26, Final Plat of Edgewat.r Estat.a, Second Addition, aubject to: 1. The
<br /> Village Engineer approval of eassmentB, and 2) The Village Attorney approval of
<br /> Title, and further that the 90 day filing p.riod b.tw..n pr.liminary and Final
<br /> Plat be waived. Motion carried unanimously. (5-0)
