(5-0) <br /> BUSINESS FROM FLOOR None. <br /> FALL FESTIVAL REPORT Park Director Buckley introducsd Amy Brundel, Chair of <br /> the 1988 Arden Hills/Shoreview Fall Festival Committee. <br /> On behalf of the Fall Festivsl Committee Amy preeented Kayar Woodburn with a <br /> check in the amount of $798.00 and advieed the donation wae to be used for park <br /> proj.ct. in the City, <br /> Councilmembers thanked Amy and the Committee for their .fforts to make the <br /> . Festival a euccess and for the generous donation to the City park fund. <br /> REPORT OF PLANNEl <br /> CASE '87-26; FINAL Council was referred to the Planner's report of 12/7/88, <br /> PLAT, EDGEWATER ESTS. relative to the Final Plat, Edgewater Estates 2nd <br /> MARDON HOMES Addition, Kardon Homes. <br /> Bergly advised the final plat as submitted has minor changes from the preliminary <br /> plat filed with the City which r.lat. to the eas.ments on the prop.rty; he noted <br /> this project has been ongoing since 1985 snd the PUD for the Townhouse portion of <br /> the projects was approved on a preliminary basis in 1987, <br /> Th.
