<br />. <br /> <br />Minutes of the Arden Hills Regular Council Meeting, May 31, 1988 <br />Page 8 <br /> <br />CLERK ADMINISTRATOR <br />INTERVIEW SCHEDULE <br /> <br />Council was referred to the memorandum from McNiesh dated <br />5-26-88, relative to scheduling interviews for the Clerk <br />Administrator position, and the memorandum dated 5-31-88, <br />relative to the candidates selected for inte!viewing on June II, 1988. <br /> <br />McNiesh explained that Council should determine the interview team and advised <br />that Treasurer Frank Green had offered to assist in the interviewing, as he has <br />had considerable experience in this area, as well as an appreciation for the <br />financial aspects of the position. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Hansen suggested, if necessary an additional interview could be scheduled prior <br />to the Regular Council meeting of June 13th. <br /> <br />Winiecki moved, seconded by Hansen, that Council approve <br />the interview team comprised of Mayor Woodburn, Councilmember Hansen, Frank Green <br />and Mrs. McNiesh, as she desires to participate. Motion carried unanimously. <br />(4-0) <br /> <br />RATIFY HIRING <br />CONSULTANT <br /> <br />consultant, with costs <br /> <br />Council was referred to a memorandum from Attorney Lynden <br />dated 5-24-88, relative to ratifying the hiring of <br />Charles McGinley to serve as the rendering plant <br />for services to be shared by the City of New Brighton. <br /> <br />Hansen moved, seconded by Peck, that Council ratify the <br />hiring of Charles McGinley as the rendering plant consultant, with cost sharing <br />of services to be shared with the City of New Brighton. Motion carried <br />unanimously. (4-0) 4It <br /> <br />CLAIMS & PAYROLL Peck moved, seconded by Winiecki, that Council approve <br />Claims and Payroll as submitted. Motion carried <br />unanimously. (4-0) <br /> <br />MISC. Councilmember Winiecki advised she would be unable to <br />attend the June 27 and July 25, 1988 Regular Council <br />Meetings and the July 6th Planning Commission meeting. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT Peck moved, seconded by Hansen, that the meeting be <br />adjourned at 10:55 p.m. Motion carried unanimously.
