The lighting and landscaping insta!led on the <br /> subject premises shall conform to the lighting <br /> and landscaping p!ans filed by Permittee in <br /> connection with Case No. 86-34. <br /> Any vio!ation by Permittee of the provisions of this <br /> Permit shall be deemed a vio!ation of the Arden Hills Code of <br /> Ordinances entitling the City to various remedies prescribed <br /> therein. <br /> A certified copy of this Special Use Permit may be filed <br /> by the C!erk-Administrator, in her discretion, with the Ramsey <br /> County Recorder or Registrar of Titles.
