TYPEWRITER Clerk Administrator advised that the Deputy Clerk has <br /> DEPUTY CLERK IAGO requested the matter of the purchase of a replacement <br /> typewriter be continued to the Regular Council meeting <br /> of August 31st. After researching the possibility of, purchasing compatible <br /> ;(, computer equipment, Iago found that IBM is not longer marketing the PC or XT <br /> , models; the request for a time extension is for further research of compatible <br /> computer equipment. <br /> 1988 BUDGET GDLINES Council was referred to the 1988 Budget Guidelines, <br /> as prepared by Charlotte McNiesh. <br /> ) , <br /> ~, Morrison advised that the salary increase propose~ address continued x <br /> compliance with Comparable Worth in 1988. <br /> I <br /> Council discussed the parks<~~r~o~nel proposed hourly rates and the part tim, <br /> position proposed. A ,) <br /> Council concurred to accept the 1988 Budget Guidelines; commented that they <br /> would question specific items at future budget meetings. <br /> RESTAURANT LICENSE ; Moved by Hansen, seconded by Winiecki, that Council <br /> CHINA WOK, SHAN.SQR. approve the Restaurant License for China Wok, to be <br /> located at Shannon Square on Lexington Avenue. Motion <br /> carried unanimously. (4-0) <br /> CLAIMS & PAYROLL Moved by' Hansen, seconded by Peck, that Council <br /> approve Claims and Payroll as submitted. Motion <br /> carried unanimously.
