<br /> PERMANENT APPTMT. The Clerk Administrator advised council that Mrs. Iago

<br /> effective March 3, 1987. In accordance with Sec. 19.8 of

<br /> memorandum of 2/6/87). Morrison advised that she had done a salary comparison
