After discussion, it was determined by Council that <br /> PLAN (CONT'D) staff be instructed to draft a 5-year capital <br /> improvement and submit p!an to Council for their review <br /> and modification at the regular Council meeting of March 9th. Council also <br /> determined they wou!d prioritize the items and refer the matter to the Finance <br /> Committee for their recommendations. Mayor Woodburn suggested the Finance <br /> Committee be notified that the plan will be referred to them; affording them <br /> the opportunity to set-up a subcommittee if necessary. <br /> Council asked the Clerk Administrator if this was sufficient time for <br /> preparation of the plan. <br /> Morrison advised she would begin working on the plan, with appropriate staff <br /> members, and try to submit a preliminary draft for Council review on March 9th. <br /> ADJOURNMENT Hansen moved, seconded by Hicks, that the meeting be <br /> adjourned at !0:20 p.m. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> (5-0) <br /> . <br /> Patricia J.
