All five of these projects including the necessary appurtenances are <br /> feasible as proposed. <br /> 2. The total cost for each of these projects is as follows: <br /> P-86-28, Glenhill Road $ 83,000 <br /> P-86-29, Asbury Street 159,400 <br /> P-86-31, Sheldon Street 51,400 <br /> P-86-32, Pascal Street 112,400 <br /> P-86-33, Arona Street/Centennial Drive 80,900 <br /> 3. Any repairs found to be needed in the sanitary sewer, watermain, or <br /> . storm drainage system should be undertaken at the time the roadways <br /> are excavated. <br /> 4. All of these projects lie within two of the ten designated areas to be <br /> done as part of the Pavement Management Program during 1987. They are <br /> rated as "problem" roadways. <br /> RECOM}ffiNDATIONS: <br /> 1- The projects be constructed as proposed in this report. <br /> 2. The projects be constructed in 1987 and combined with other city <br /> roadway projects for construction purposes. <br /> 3. The projects be consolidated with the other residential reconstruction <br /> projects into a single, city-wide project for assessment purposes. <br /> 4. The sanitary sewer and watermain facilities be investigated further <br /> and repairs made if they are found to be deficient. <br /> 5. A public hearing be established for these improvements on February 3, <br /> 1987. <br /> . <br /> 3 <br />
