I will bring that into the Office as soon as I <br /> receive it. <br /> If Mayor Woodburn would sign that official proc!amation on <br /> February 23rd at 7:00 P.M. we will have the Arden Hills Brownie <br /> Scouts and Girl Scouts present for that celebration. We will <br /> . have the Scouts release helium balloons that evening. Pictures <br /> will be taken to have them printed in the New Brighton Bulletin <br /> and Minnesota Suburban Focus (I think those are the papers that <br /> serve Arden Hills).
