That the location plan for lights (ie: the maps and listings of <br /> actual light locations) be accepted by the city as a blueprint for <br /> locating lights. <br /> 2. That the city install all Phase 1 lights (50 lights at main <br /> intersections) during 1988. Following that, the city should <br /> determine the feelings of citizens concerning further installations <br /> and proceed accordingly. <br /> . <br />
