The quotations will be returned by April 10. <br /> and the contract should be awarded at the Council meeting of April 13, <br /> 1987. Sweeping will start soon thereafter. <br /> I preferred not to begin street sweeping before this time because of the <br /> possibility of late snow storms and consequent sanding of streets. If we <br /> swept too early, we might have to do it twice <br /> . <br /> . <br />
