<br /> 2. Tl\e matter was heard before the Honorable James M. Lynch, Judge of Ramsey <br /> . County District Court on July 29, 1986. The Honorable James M. Lynch issued an Order <br /> on July 31, 1986 finding that the Mandamus is an appropriate manner to proceed in this <br /> matter, and an Order that the matter be continued to be placed on the calendar for trial <br /> by the Court. <br /> 3. The petition for Writ of Mandamus came on trial before the Honorable Donald <br /> E. Gross, JUdge of Ramsey County District qourt on February 27, 1987, the Honorable <br /> Donald E. Gross issued an Order on March 5, 1987 stating that the matter be continued <br /> to provide notice to all property owners of Lots ll. 12, 13. 14, and IS, Block I, Arden <br /> Hills No. 2 and join the owners of the aforementioned property as respondents, all owners <br /> were properly notified. <br /> 4. A Motion on behalf of Virgil B. Graves and Clarene Graves to conti.,ue the matter <br /> for trial was heard on the 8th day of April, 1987 before Judicial Commissioner G. A. <br /> Hatfield, said Motion was denied. <br /> . 5. The subject property of tJiis matter is located in the City of Arden Hills, Ramsey <br /> County, State of Minnesota.
