John J. Kenna. Jr. developed land for single residences In the City of Arden <br /> Hills. John J. Kenna, Jr. developed the Southwest corner of County Road E and Old Snelling <br /> Avenue with three (3) single family residences known as Kenna Second Addition. The <br /> Southwest corner of County Road E and Old .Snelling Avenue was also property subject <br /> to the trunk highway easement acquired through condemnation as represented. in the <br /> .aforementioned final condemnation certificate of 1940. <br /> 12. The subject parcel contains approximately 97,336 square feet. The property <br /> is a triangle shape parceL <br /> --- . 4--- . ..-- .n .- --.--- - ------..-- .. - <br /> l3. The easement here in question was intended to be used as an <br /> . interchange for 5TH 51. The State in about 1965 abandoned the <br /> construction of an interchange.
