COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 87-30 <br /> RESOLUTION REVISING PERMIT FEES FOR APPLICATIONS UNDER <br /> CITY ZONING AND SUBDIVISION CODES <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Arden Hills has <br /> determined that permit fees shall be established by resolution adopted by the <br /> City Council, and <br /> WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has studied average costs to the <br /> City to process applications and compared charges in neighboring cities, <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Resolution No. 8l-24 is <br /> repealed, and <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the permit fees shall be as follows: <br /> Permi t Fee <br /> Preliminary Plat $l50 + $l5.00 per lot <br /> Final Plat Included in Fee for Prel. Plat <br /> Lot SplitlMinor Subdivision $75 + Consulting Fees <br /> . Rezoning $lOO + Consulting Fees <br /> Variance I $50 + Consulting Fees <br /> Special Use Permit $lOO + Consulting Fees <br /> Amended Special Use Permit $lOO + Consulting Fees <br /> Planned Unit Development $lOO + Consulting Fees <br /> Site Plan Review $lOO + Consulting Fees <br /> Apportionment of Assessments $l5 + Consulting Fees <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a separate variance charge will not <br /> be made for variances included in a Special Use Permit or Planned Unit <br /> Development application. <br /> , <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED. that the above fees shall be effective <br /> July l. 1987. <br /> Passed by the Arden Hills City Council this 8th day of June, <br /> 1987. <br /> Robert L: Woodburn, Mayor <br /> ATTEST <br /> Patricia J.
