I would further recommend that a policy be <br /> implemented whereby buildin~ permits and/or certificates of occupancv are <br /> held until all planning service fees are collected. <br /> If the committee determines the proposed fee amendments are appropriate. <br /> it will be necessary for the Council to adopt the amendment in Resolution <br /> . form.
