EdRewater <br /> The re-hearing on Edgewater - as previously stated, the revisions are: <br /> 7 single family lots - from $8,193.76 to $9,364.30 <br /> 6 parcels - townhouses - from $20,916 to $28,173.73 <br /> 1 apartment complex - from $110,560.44 to $28,173.73 <br /> Winiecki property assessment remains at Hl,414.74 <br /> $284,180.95 <br /> . 5. Limited ParkinR Petition <br /> Dr. Windorfer has presented th~ petitivn for conside~ation by Council. He, <br /> and perhaps others in this area, will be present. Additional areas the <br /> Council may wish to consider posting: balance of Venus, balance of Crystal <br /> (to County Road F), Dellview. (The calls we have received this fall have <br /> been from Gramsie, Fairview and Rolling Hills.) <br /> 6. BriRhton Veterinary Hospital <br /> Dr. Hedges is suggesting Clinic assumption of dog licensing. His thought <br /> on reminding residents of the animal adoption program sounds like a good <br /> idea. <br /> 7. Ordinance No. 250 <br /> The concepts, approved earlier by Council, relative to licenses; i.e. <br /> increased insurance requirements, elimination of pro-rating contractor's <br /> licenses, and an update on types of licenses (and setting fees by <br /> resolution) . <br /> The Resolution (87-63) sets forth the neW fee schedule as recommended by <br /> the Finance Committee and submitted to Council for consideration earlier. <br /> 8. Ordinance No. 251 <br /> Mr. Lynden's follow-up on Orlyn Miller's earlier study, as submitted to <br /> Council. In reviewing this with Larry Squires, he made the following <br /> comments: <br /> . 1- Sec. 6-75 (b) (3): Council may wish to remove this, as a crushed rock <br /> drive is now allowed. <br /> 2.
