<br /> . <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 250 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 13-24 OF ARDEN HILLS CODE <br /> BY DELETING THEREFROM AND ADDING THERETO CERTAIN LICENSES AND <br /> PROVIDING FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF INVESTIGATIVE FEES <br /> BY RESOLUTION; SECTION 13-26 BY DELETING THE PRORATION OF <br /> CONTRACTORS' LICENSES CONTAINED THEREIN; AND SECTIONS <br /> 6-62 AND 6-147 BY CHANGING THE INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS <br /> Summary <br /> Ordinance No. 250 establishes that (1) fees for <br /> licenses be set by resolution; (2 ) the existing Code be updated <br /> as to types of licenses currently issued by the City; (3 ) the <br /> City, as of January I, 1988, institute the requirement that <br /> construction or building contractors and excavating contractors <br /> be licensed in the City; (4 ) that licenses fees not be prorated <br /> . for HVAC and gas installers, excavating and construction or <br /> building contractors; and (5) bonds and insurance requirements <br /> further delineated, and increasing, by resolution, certain <br /> insurance requirements. <br /> Published in New Brighton Bulletin, October 21, 1987 <br /> . <br /> ------ <br />
