Amendment to Section 13-24 of Arden Hills Code. <br /> Section 13-24 of the Arden H ills Code is hereby amended to read <br /> as follows: <br /> IISec. 13-24. Establishment of fees by resolution. <br /> License and investigative fees for all licenses <br /> required by the city pursuant to the provisions of this <br /> code and for the following types of licenses shall be <br /> . from time to time established in a resolution adopted by <br /> the council: <br /> (a) Alcoholic beverage (intoxicating liquor); <br /> (b) On-sale wine and beer; <br /> (c) Malt beverage; <br /> (d) Amusement facility (including bowling alley, arcade, <br /> dance hall, movie theater, pool/billiard tables <br /> and/or hall, indoor tennis and/or racquetball and/or <br /> squash facility, skating facillty, outdoor tennis <br /> facility, driving range, shooting gallery and <br /> facilities for similar functions or activities); <br /> (e) Mechanical/electronic recreation device (including <br /> mechanical amusement device, mechanical amusement <br /> ride, mechanical musical device and devices of a <br /> similar nature); <br /> (f) Bulk storage plant or dealership; <br /> (g) Cigarette vending machine; <br /> (h) Dog kennel operator; <br /> (i) Garbage and refuse collector; <br /> ( j ) Heating, ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC) and <br /> gas installer; <br /> ( k ) Construction or building contractor; <br /> (1) Excavating contractor; <br /> . <br /> - 1 - <br />
