<br /> Enclosed is a copy of my response to Nito Quitevis' letter
<br /> addressed to you on 9/18/87. I think my letter is clear enough.
<br /> He has alot of nerve to think he can speak for everyone in Areen
<br /> Hills (especially since he doesn't live here) and to speak for
<br /> everyone who wishes to use Lake Johanna. He mentions no question-
<br /> aire, do you want one? If you would like one or letters from my
<br /> shoreline residents, I can have one to you in a few days. Or
<br /> maybe you would like telephnne calls from about 100 of the 104
<br /> residents on the lake. Just because Mr. Quitevis can type you
<br /> a letter on fancy letterhead stationary, does not mean that he
<br /> speaks for all or any of the res~ of USlllllIllllllII

<br /> interested in letters, phone calls and questionaires, please let
<br /> me know. The Lake Johanna Improvement Society has been in operation
<br /> for many,ma~ years. Notonly do we promote safe, sane multiuse
<br /> lake surface, we also work on raising money for weed and algae control
<br /> p,articipate in matters relating to the improvemen't of the water
<br /> ~hed district and reactional programing, but we ~lso produce a
<br /> yearly newsletter and occasionally have lake shore owners meetings.
<br /> II can speak as a lO~ time home owner (my father built the second
<br /> permanent house here , chairman of the Lake Johanna Improvement
<br /> Society, tax payer, daily lake user, but also as one of five on
<br /> the Arden Hills City Council.
