Attachment A <br />,Mt <br />-AVEPI HILLS <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION NO.2024-010 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND <br />ORDERING THE ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS <br />WHEREAS, the Public Works Department has prepared plans and specifications for <br />Improvement Project No. PW-23-0101, 2024 CIPP Lining for sanitary sewer inflow and <br />infiltration improvements in the Arden View Drive neighborhood. The plans and specifications <br />have been presented to the council for approval. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS: <br />1. Such plans and specifications, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part <br />hereof, are hereby approved. <br />2. The City Clerk shall prepare and cause to be inserted in the official paper an <br />advertisement for bids upon the making of such improvement under such approved <br />plans and specifications. The advertisements shall be published for 21 days, shall <br />specify the work to be done, shall state that the bids will be received by the clerk until <br />3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 6, 2024, at which time they will be publicly opened <br />in the council chambers of the city hall by the City Clerk, will then be tabulated, and <br />will be considered by the council at 7:00 p.m. on March 11, 2024, in the council <br />chambers of the city hall. Any bidder whose responsibility is questioned during the <br />consideration of the bid will be given an opportunity to address the council on the issue <br />of responsibility.
