Statement, Quick Claim Deed from American National Bank, and the <br /> Warranty Deed from the Grudnoskes and am of the opinion that they <br /> satisfy Requirements D, E, F, and G of Schedule B-1 of the title <br /> insurance commitment. The Warranty Deed from 96 Hamline Partners <br /> Limited partnership to my client, however, does not satisfy <br /> Requirement H. in that it names the grantee as the .Village of <br /> Arden Hills".
