Rask stated that the tent meets fire retardant
materials standards, there are sufficient numbers of fire extinguishers located
in the tent, the proper number of exits are provided and there will be no
smoking allowed in the tent.

Fire Chief Dan Winkel explained that the tent does not meet the 30 ft. setback
requirement; he noted that there is a provision in the UFC for the Fire Chief
to grant variances from UFC requirements if appropriate.
