WHEREAS the Planning Commission considered the Applican 's request for a Variance <br /> and, as such voted 6-0 in favor of recommending approval with conditio ris. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS: <br /> Hereby adopts Resolution 2024-007 approving Planning Case 20 3-023 for a Variance for <br /> the property located at 1666 Oak Avenue to construct a covered porch addition with a 29.6 foot <br /> front yard setback on the Subject Property. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that City Council approves PI ing Case 23-023 for a <br /> Variance request at the property located at 1666 Oak Avenue, based on the Findings of Fact and <br /> the submitted plans in the February 12, 2024, Report to the City Council, as amended by the <br /> following conditions: <br /> 1) A Building Permit shall be issued prior to commencement of con truction. <br /> 2) The building shall conform to all other standards and regulations in the City Code. <br /> 3) The proposed covered porch shall not be converted to a four seas n porch. <br /> ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARD N HILLS THIS 12TH <br /> DAY OF FEBRUARY, 2024. <br /> David Grant, Mayo <br /> ATTEST: <br /> JTIson, City Clerk <br /> Page 2 of 3 <br />
