Attorney <br />Courtney informed the Council that he wll I consIder the matter and will <br />advise by letter. <br /> <br />Mayor Nethercut felt that St. Paul wi I I have a new contract under considera- <br />tion shortly and recommended waiting until the next meeting for a decision. <br />Attorney Courtney fait the residents should be notified at tha next billing <br />that the billing may not be a final rate, Matter tabled until next Council <br />meeting. <br /> <br />Subdivision ReQulatlons <br />Attorney Courtney stated that he has no definite opinion at this time re- <br />garding the subdivision regulations under the Municipal Planning Act. <br />- <br /> <br />Liquor License Applications <br />Attorney Courtney reported that the three of the four liquor license appli- <br />cationS are now In order; Llndey's Prime Steak House application will halle <br />to be redone. Attor~ey Courtney wIll contact theIr attorney on the Incom- <br />plete Information and have the application returned to him. <br /> <br />Trustee crepeau moved the approval of the following liquor licenses subject <br />.~D an Inspection by the police ar.d fire departments and also subject to the <br />prollel of the Village Attorney: <br />Big Ten Supper Club - On and Off Sale Liquor License <br />~lndey's PrIme Steak House " <br />McGuire's Supper Club " <br />Flaherty's Arden Bowl - On Sale only. <br />seconded by Trustee Olmen; motion carried. <br /> <br />Public Hearing - Proposed Zoning Ordinance and Map <br /> <br />As recommended by the Planning Commission, Trustee BJorndahl moved the <br />.tol lowIng changes on the proposed zoning map be approved: <br />. I. The tract of land south of Highway 96, west of Round Lake, east <br />of Highway 35W and north of the New Brighton boundary line <br />changed from G-B to L-I. <br />2. The small tract of land south of County Road E between two pieces <br />of property zoned R-B be changed from R-I to R-B to make It <br />compatible to adjoining property. <br />3.
