Stapl:' 3265 North Snelling Avenue <br />Miss Starr and Miss Elbner requested InformatIon from the Council on <br />sewer service for proposed lots on their property. This request was <br />also Included In a 'etter from them, dated 11/2/66. Trustee Olmen moved <br />that Banister Engineering prepare a feasibIlIty study for sewer service <br />to the lots In questIon, seconded by Trustee Crepeau, ca.rled. The pro- <br />posed lot plan was submitted to Mr. lelbenow. . <br /> <br />Gerald McCauley, 1925 Jerrold Avenue <br />in reply to Mr. McCaul~~'~.req~est, Trustee Hoffmann moved that Mr. <br />McCauley be ~ranted a temporary permit to sail Christmas trees In his back <br />yard from about December 12 to December 25, 1966, seconded by Trustee <br />Crepeau, carrIed. Mr. McCauley stated that most of the trees are for <br />schools etc. and wIll be stored In his yard until delivery Is requested, <br />but he will have a fe~ to accomodate neighbors. <br /> <br />I <br />REPORT OF ENGINEER LIEBENOW <br /> <br />Red Fo~ Road Costs <br />Engineer Liebenow reviewed the Banister Engineering Company letter of <br />November 9, 1966, outlining possIble apportioning of costs for the con- <br />struction of Red Fox Road. As outlined, Ramsey County would pay for the <br />center twenty four (24' feet of roadway plus 50% of the storm sewer costs. <br />Sanitary sewer costs were elIminated from the project. The Plan- <br />nIng Commission recommended a mInimum set-back of 150 feet from the center <br />ot County Road E to the front of the building. Trustee Hoftmann complI- <br />mented American 011 on their cooperation and patience. The Council advised <br />Mr. McDonald to meet with consultant Carl Dale and EngIneer Lund for their <br />recommendations to this alternate plan prior ~o the next Planning CommIs- <br />sIon meeting. <br /> <br />. NORTHERN STATES POWER COMPANY HIGH liNE - Case No. 66-32 <br /> <br />Mr. Gary Welk discussed the revised plans for the Northern states Power <br />high line. Trustee Hoffmann moved that the revised plan be approved, as <br />recommend8d by the Planntng Commission, and ~hat the aerial map showing <br />the routing be retained tn the Village files; seconded by Trustee Crepeau; <br />carried. <br /> <br /> <br />~ -j.- <br />
