The prop3rty <br />should also be posted to preclude rental and use of the buildings. <br /> <br />Trustee Crepeau moved that Inspector Kel ley and Attorney Courtney proceed <br />.lIth the matter as outlined; seconded by Tf"!.lstee Olmen; can"led. <br /> <br />-Lambros Drainage <br />Attorney Courtney reported that on November 7 the County Board of Com- <br />missioners had referred ~hls mB~ter to the County Engineer and County <br />Attorney to consult with Attorney Courtney. He further stai-ed that ho has <br />met ~Ith Englneor Lund and representatives of the County Attorney and <br />County Engineer. A draInage mep prepared by Banister EngineerIng was dis- <br />cussed. <br /> <br />Attorney Courtney advised that ~e would proceed under the Joint Powers <br />Act (471.59) and that Arden Hills would logically Initiate proceedings. <br />Costs and other problems of future maintenance were discussed. <br /> <br />Trustee Crepeau moved that the Village ask Rosevlile, Shoreview and Ramsay <br />County to participate with Arden Hills and Mr. Lambros In a program to <br />s.olve i-his drainage problem and that Banister Engineering prepares <br />feasIbility report with cost estimates, cost sharing basis, snd future <br />maintenance problems and costs; seconded by Trustee Olman; carried. <br /> <br />. Plans to Improve the plant ware discussed as well as the <br />possibility 0' "Phasing out" the plant over a period of years.
