Portions of the fencing to the east, south, and <br />west of the water tower are considered in front of the principal structure building line and within <br />the front yard. Fencing within the front yard is proposed to include the existing utility equipment <br />shelters within the security perimeter. <br /> <br />The chain link fencing on the Subject Properties would include pivot gates with card readers, <br />mechanical swing gates, and person gates. Vehicle access to the water towers and other on-site <br />utility equipment will be maintained with additional perimeter security. <br /> <br />Proposed Site Plan – Subject Property B
