Trustee Crepeau mOiled abatement 0.1 that portion of the assessment attributable to the Charles Perry Park as per attached resolution; seconded by Trustee Olmen; motion carried. REPORT OF TRUSTEE HOFFMANN Proposed Razonlnq 'or Phillips station at 35W and County Road E2 Trustee Hoffmann reported that the Planning Commission had voted 3 to I ( I abstaining) against rezoning this parcel. Trustee Hoffmann reviewed the reasons for the Planning Commission's recommendation as outlined In 'rhel r r.Hnu'\'es of October 4, 1966. Meyor Nethercut re- ported that f.lr. Eastlund had requested a two-week delay In Council action to enable PhillIps to attempt more e~tenslve site planning. r~r, Hoffmann stated that the site plan was not a 'actor In Planning Commission's recommendation for denial of the rezoning. It was ascertained that Council members had reviewed the Planning Commission Minutes, Carl Dare's report, and had IIleued the site 11'1 Question.
