Tlmrn, 1400 CummIngs Lans, dIscussed the follo~lng mattsr wIth <br />the CouncIl. <br /> <br />I . <br /> <br />Boulevard Trees - The resIdents of Cummings Lene requested <br />permls~lon to plant trees, at theIr own expense, along ths <br />boulevard area. The Village has no ordInance regulating tres <br />planting, but Mr. Tlmm agreed to Trustee Hoyfm6n~'5 suggestion <br />that he check wIth the PlannIng CommIssion on t~e type end <br />Doc8tlon of the proposed trees. T~e Council commended the <br />residents for undertaking thIs street beautIfication project. <br /> <br />CummlnQs Lane Street LIQht - The street lIght on Cummings <br />Lene Is out agaIn. Brodie dIscussed the Planning CommIssion <br />views on the matter. Trustee BJorndahl moved approval o~ the varIance <br />request subject to the wrItten consent of neIghbor to the East and to <br />an Informal pollIng of the Planning Commission; seconded by Trustee <br />Hoffmann; carried. <br /> <br />4Ihrs. TurklnQton (Case No. 66-20) <br />Trustee Hoffmann reviewed Planning CommissIon recommendatIons snd <br />limitatIons to be placed on this requested condItional use permit. <br />Attorney Courtney advIsed the Council that ~ publIc hearIng would be <br />necessary under pre$ent ordinances.
