Attorney Courtney also advised that copIes <br />of the plen, certIfIed by the PI~nnlng CommIssion, should be submlttod <br />to Clerk StromquIst prior to the July 64 pub61cetlon date. <br /> <br />. Under Village procedures a meeting may <br />begin when a "simple majorIty or quorum" 15 present, said meeting may <br />contInue to conduct busIness even though someone leaves, providIng no <br />one challenges the lack of 8 quorum. <br /> <br />Standard Station (Case No. 66-3) <br />Trustee Hoffmann reported that Standard 011 has submitted plans sub- <br />stantIally as recommended by the PlannIng Commission. However, since <br />the Comprehensive Plan shows a servIce road south of County Road E, '~e <br />plans are billng hsld In abeyance pending Councl ft decision on the SEll"'flce <br />road. Attorney Courtney advIsed the Council_on procedures to be 'aliened <br />should a servIce road be constructed. Englfleer Lund was requested to <br />report Jul, 25 on the feasibIlity, practicality, and recommended lavout <br />for a servIce road.
