Repealing <br />inconsistent OrdInances and Imposing Penalties for ViolatIons. <br />Seconded by Trustee BJornd~hl, unanImously carried. <br /> <br />Zonlnq and Licenslnq OrdInances <br /> <br />The attorney distributed to the Council copies of a rough draft o. the <br />Zoning Ordinance. The Council requested the Attorney to provide ad~l- <br />t!onal copies for the Planning Commission, Board of Appeals. Carl Dale <br />and others concerned. <br /> <br />The proposed LicensIng Ordinance will be ready for the June 13 meetIng. <br />Robert's Warehouse <br /> <br />The attorney ~III write Mr. Roberts concerning the red-tagged warehouse <br />addition, stating he Is to appear at the June 13 Council meeting or a <br />formal complaint will be Issued. <br /> <br />BUILDING INSPECTOR KELLEY'S REPORT <br /> <br />Clay Keiley stated that Mr. L. Leyke, 1923 Noble Road was concerned about <br />the 4,0' set-beck requirement. His house Is located 32' from the roed <br />and Is presently surrounded by undeveloped land In the Elms Addition. <br />He hilt that a front set-back variance for I.ots adjacent to his prop0n'y <br />would be desirable so that his home would not be the only one to protrude <br />8' forward of all future homes on Noble Road. No action taken. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />REPORT OF TRUSTEE HOFFMANN <br /> <br />Lift StatIon Dama~e <br /> <br />Consultation with Messrs. Hlte, Lund, Nixon, Lamettl and electricians <br />concerning the cause ot the January 28, 1966 11ft station damage re- <br />vealed no e~ldence of power outage, the cold night might have been a <br />contributing factor but apparently some type of mechanical failure <br />caused the damage.
