<br />'. <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />Vi llage Counc il <br />Village of Arden Hills <br />County of Ramsey <br />State of Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />~ of the Village Council of the Village of Arden Hills, Ramsey County, <br /> <br />Minnesota, was duly held at the Village Hall <br />St. Paul, Minnesota, on Monday, the 9th <br /> <br />at 1450 West Highway 96, <br />day of May <br /> <br />1966, at 8:00 o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br />Trustees Crepeau. Olmenand BJorndahl <br /> <br />Mayor Nethercut, <br /> <br />and the following were absent: Trustee Hoffmann <br /> <br /> <br />Tr~~t~~ OlmQA introduced the following resolution <br /> <br /> <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT <br />OF ASSESSMENTS RELATING TO <br />StREET IMPROVEMENT NO.2 (6n-2) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of <br />Arden Hills, Minnesota. as follows: <br />WHEREAS the assessment roll for Street Improvement No. 2 <br />(60-2) as last finally amended and adopted on October 10, 1960, <br />was filed and certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County <br />on December 12, 1960 for the purpose of including installments <br />thereof to be collected along with real estate taxes commencing <br />in 1961. and <br />WHEREAS parcels of property as contained in the original <br />assessment roll as certified, have since been divided and conveyed <br />. by property owners, and <br />~~EAS the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires that <br />apportionment of original assessment against each original tract <br />where it has later been divided, sold or conveyed be made by the <br />Village Counc il of the Vi llage of Arden Hi lIs in order that the <br />
