The Village Clerk of the Village of Arden Hills is hereby Division 36312 Apportionment: authori~ed to prepare a certified copy of this resolution and to certify the same to the County Auditor of Ramsey County, Minnesota. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Trustee Crepeau , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Trustees Crepeau, 0 I men and BJorndah I Mayor Nethercut, . and the following voted against the same: None whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
