Mr. Schlfsky <br />presented plans drawn to scale and also. showe~ a plot plan. He stated <br />that they are now constructing a similar complex In Shorev!ew on Lexlng- <br />tt:''' ,~',"~n!!!l "!n1 Co.unty Road D. . <br /> <br />. Robert Jenal, Chairman of the Planning Coml1!lsslon~' Informed the Council <br />that the Comm'sslon recommends that this property.be rezoned residential <br />as recommended under the 701 Plan. <br /> <br />Mr.. After some discussion, Trustes <br />~offmann res~lnded the motion and moved that the matter be referred back <br />to tile Planning Commlsslo;; seconded by Trustee BJoi"ndahl; motion ci;ln-Ied. <br />Trustee Hoffmann Informed,the Counc11 that his understanding from the <br />Planning Commission minutes Is that the Commission Is. not opposed toall <br />c~mmerclal developments ~~ this site, but feels that this type would <br />createa traffic problem. <br /> <br />-1- <br />
