Courtney (arrived at 8:15.p.m.) and Engineer Donald Lund. .. Approval of Minutes The minutes of the Regular Council Meeting of February 28, 1966, were approved as sumnltted. Building Complex rroposal Robert and Tom Schlfsky, owners of property at northwest.comer~f CountV Road D and New Brighton Road. appeared before the Council. with plans for a building to contain three businesses - a quick stop grocery, a dry cleaning pick-up station and possibly a drug store. Mr. Schlfsky presented plans drawn to scale and also. showe~ a plot plan. After some discussion, Trustes ~offmann res~lnded the motion and moved that the matter be referred back to tile Planning Commlsslo;; seconded by Trustee BJoi"ndahl; motion ci;ln-Ied. Trustee Hoffmann Informed,the Counc11 that his understanding from the Planning Commission minutes Is that the Commission Is. not opposed toall c~mmerclal developments ~~ this site, but feels that this type would createa traffic problem. -1-
