Clerk Lorraine Stromquist stated that Dr. Farkas, <br />Health Officer, had given his approval. <br />'. <br />Trustee Crepeau moved, seconded by Trustee Hoffmann, that soft drink <br />licenses be approved for the two Texaco stations, located at 1265 West <br />County Road E and 3130 North Cleveland Avenue; motion carried. <br /> <br />SIgn OrdInance <br /> <br />Clerk Lorraine Stromquist read a letter, dated December 27, 1965, <br />from the Board of Appeals recommending approval of a varl~nce of the <br />,Sign Ordinance to allow Installation of a sign at the Texaco StatIon <br />located at Cleveland Avenue and County Road O. The sign has already <br />been Installed. She Informed the Council that. thIs station has Just <br />recently paId the necessary fees for license and permits for 1965, <br />and have not taken care of this year's fees. Clerk Lorraine Strom- <br />quist Informed the Counell that the Sign OrdInance Is a very diffI- <br />cult one to enforce. There ~as some discussIon regarding penaltIes, <br />especIally double feeIng for Installation without a permit. Matter <br />referred to Clerk to check with Attorney Courtney for reasonalbe <br />penaltIes. <br /> <br />Apportionment of Assessments <br /> <br />Trustee Crepeau Introduced and moved the adoption of a resolution <br />relating to apportionment of assessments relating to sanitary sewer <br />Improvement No. 4 as attached, seconded by Trustee Olman; motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />Claims <br /> <br />Trustee Bjorndahl moved. seconded by Trustee Olmen, tha7 the claims <br />be approved as submitted and attached; motion carried. <br /> <br />On recommendation of EngIneer Don Lund, the Council requested Clerk <br />Lorraine StromquIst to send a letter to Rosetown Sanitation stating <br />their agreement to finish grading at the site of the culvert Installation <br />on Skiles Lane. <br /> <br />Adjournment <br />Mayor Nethereut adjourned the meeting at 11:15 p.m. <br /> <br />~~~ <br />Robert E.
