<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />VILLAGE OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DIRECTING PREPARATION OF <br />PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, by Resolution of the Arden Hills Council heretofore adopted <br /> <br />this 10th day of January, 1966 Street Improvement No. 7 was ordered as <br /> <br />proposed in Council Resolution thereon adopted July 12, 1965, <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE :IT RESOLVED that Banister Engineering Co., Village <br /> <br />Engineers, are hereby designated as the engineers for this improvement, and <br /> <br />said Banister Engineering Co. is directed to prepare and submit plans and <br />specifications for the making of said improvement in accordance with the <br /> <br />aforesaid Resolution thereon adopted July 12, 1965. <br /> <br />Adopted by the Council this 10th day of January, 1966. <br /> <br />~0~ <br />ROBERT E.
