CUMMINGS LANE <br /> <br />WHEREAS. a Resolution of the Arden Bills Council adopted July 12. 1965 <br /> <br />fixed a date for a Council hearing on the proposed improvement of Cummings <br /> <br />Lane from its intersection with Snelling Avenue to the easterly termination <br /> <br />of Cummings Lane, after the completion of the proposed sanitary sewer <br /> <br />improvement, by constructing on Cummings Lane as it presently exists, to <br /> <br />the width of twenty-eight (28) feet throughout, a plant mixed bituminous <br /> <br />surfaced roadway at an estimated cost of Six Thousand Eight Hundred Seven <br /> <br />Dollars Sixty Cents ($6.807.60). and <br /> <br />WBEREAS. ten days t published notice of the hearing through two weekly <br /> <br />publications of the required notice was given, mailed notice was given as <br /> <br />required by law, and the hearing was duly held thereon on the 26th day of <br /> <br />July. 1965, at which time all persons desiring to be heard were given an <br /> <br />opportunity to be heard thereon, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposed sewer improvement, Sewer Improvement No.8, <br /> <br />was subsequently adopted and bas now been completed, <br /> <br />NOW TBEBEFORE. BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Arden <br /> <br />Bills tbat said Street Improvement No. 7 is hereby ordered as proposed in <br /> <br />Council Resolution thereon adopted July 12, 1965. <br /> <br />Adopted by the Council this 10th day of January, 1966. <br /> <br />~.~ ~;:;r- <br /> <br />Robert E.
